  1. The man who shot and critically wounded a Las Vegas police officer near the Strip last year has pleaded guilty to all charges. Edgar Samaniego, 21, was charged with eight counts, including attempted murder. The Clark County District Attorney's office said there was no guilty plea agreement. (News3LV)
  2. The Fontainebleau is slated to open by the end of 2023, developers of the long-stalled north Strip resort announced Tuesday. The 67-story resort, which will now be called Fontainebleau Las Vegas, will open in the fourth quarter of 2023, Florida developer Jeffrey Soffer's firm Fontainebleau Development said. The resort is 75 percent complete, and Fontainebleau Development will be the sole operator of the resort once it's complete, the firm said. (Las Vegas Review-Journal)
  3. Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada celebrated the reopening of its dining hall on Tuesday. The organization reopened the St. Vincent Lied Dining Facility for a free community meal. (News3LV)
  4. Lyft and Motional have chosen Las Vegas for their commercial robotaxi launch coming in 2023. (FOX5 Las Vegas)
  5. Las Vegas police announced Tuesday that April Stoltz, a previously missing woman, has been located. (FOX5 Las Vegas)
