Merryhill Preschool Centennial Hills Donates to Military Families

Students at Merryhill Preschool Centennial Hills on Grand Teton Drive in NW Las Vegas recently donated more than $500’s worth of household supplies to Fisher House Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides homes to military families while a loved one is in the hospital. Students delivered their donations to the local Fisher House Foundation home, which is located in VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System Las Vegas. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of spreading kindness and giving back to others, especially during the holiday season.

Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes where military and veterans’ families can stay free of charge while a loved one is in the hospital. The homes are located at military and VA medical centers around the world. For more information, visit www.fisherhouse.org.
