Merryhill Preschool Summerlin Students Donate More Than 100 Toys

Students at Merryhill Preschool Summerlin in Las Vegas recently collected more than 100 gifts for the KLUC Feel the Tingle Toy Drive, which provides donations to HELP of Southern Nevada. Over the past few weeks, students and their families collected new toys to benefit local families in need. In celebration of their efforts, students hosted a “winter wonderland” event where families donated more items and enjoyed crafts, games, food, a train ride, as well as a special visit from Santa. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of giving back to the community, especially during the holiday season.

HELP of Southern Nevada assists families and individuals throughout Southern Nevada to overcome barriers and attain self-sufficiency through direct services, training and referral to community resources.
