Merryhill School Students Donate More Than 90 Pairs of Pajamas
Students held a pajama drive to benefit local children in need through Peggy's Attic at Child Haven
Students at Merryhill Elementary School Summerlin and Merryhill Preschool North Summerlin on Snow Trail in Las Vegas recently partnered together to hold a pajama drive in support of Peggy’s Attic at Child Haven. Students collected a total of 92 pairs of pajamas, which the Clark County Department of Family Services will provide to children who have been removed from their homes and placed into protective custody. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of spreading kindness and helping others.
Peggy’s Attic is the donation center for Clark County Department of Family Services serving all children touched by the Family Courts by providing clothing, shoes, toys, diapers, toiletry items, developmental toys, school supplies and many other items free of charge.
