- A woman shot and killed at a house party in Las Vegas over the weekend has been identified as a 22-year-old Nevada National Guard soldier. Graciela Gomez was a specialist with the Las Vegas-based 17th Sustainment Brigade, Headquarters, Nevada Army National Guard. Police say five men were denied entry to a house party and later fired several rounds in a drive-by shooting, hitting the victims. (News3LV)
- Real estate company Zillow is shutting down its home-flipping business, selling thousands of homes across 25 cities including Las Vegas. Zillow announced in their third-quarter report they will be winding down their Zillow Offers operations and laying off roughly 25% of their workforce. Zillow started buying, fixing up, and selling homes in 2018 through their Zillow Offers division. They purchased 9,680 homes and sold 3,032 during the third quarter.(FOX5 Las Vegas)
- The Mob Museum in Las Vegas says it expects to receive its 3 millionth visitor within the next couple of weeks. (News3LV)
