🌱 New Food Hall Opens Next Month + Sex Trafficking Investigation

Here are the top three stories in Las Vegas today:

  1. Spirit Airlines has announced a new nonstop route between Las Vegas and San Antonio, Texas. The daily route started on Thursday. The new route will allow Las Vegas residents access to Alamo City for an affordable price. (Fox 5 Las Vegas)
  2. A new food hall will be opening in the Fremont Hotel and Casino next month. The food hall's grand opening has been scheduled for Jan. 12, but the location will debut in mid-December. There will be Steak 'n Shake, Huey Magoo's, Roli Roti, CRAFTkitchen, Tomo Noodles, and Dunkin' locations in the food hall. (News3LV)
  3. A Las Vegas sex trafficking investigation has resulted in the arrest of a woman accused of running a sex trafficking operation. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Wei Geng was allegedly running the operation out of a Las Vegas massage parlor on Tropicana. The operation was shut down two years ago. She has posted bail. (Fox 5 Las Vegas)
