- Project 150 is one of many nonprofits across the Las Vegas Valley and nationwide feeling the effects of the supply chain crunch and inflation, working to meet the demand to feed the less fortunate over the holidays. The organization feeds 4,000 families and provides a full holiday and turkey meal for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Numerous other nonprofits are feeling the pressure amid shipments that may not arrive on time, or face costs that far surpass the typical budget for holiday meals. (FOX5 Las Vegas)
- Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has released more information about a suspected DUI crash that killed one and injured 3 others on Nov. 6. According to the arrest report, 25-year-old Jonathan Wilson has been arrested on several charges including DUI resulting in death, a felony. Wilson was taken to an area hospital and after being cleared was booked into Clark County Detention Center. Prior to the crash, Wilson attended a company picnic at Red Ridge Family Park and police say a strong odor of alcohol was detected. (KTNV Las Vegas)
- During National Adoption Week, the Animal Foundation and PetSmart Charities hope to introduce many families to their new, lifelong, furry friends. (News3LV)
- Dr. Atousa Ghaneian, a pediatrician at Sunrise Children's Hospital, says she is the first in the valley ready to give vaccinations to children 5-11 from her office.(KTNV Las Vegas)
