Meet Raul Lara. North Las Vegas Police say that they've arrested the 34-year-old and charged him with murder for a homicide last year.
Police had responded on April 15, 2016, just after 11 p.m. to the 2100 block of Carroll Street where they found a 34-year0ld man suffering from a gunshot wound.

Police are only saying they developed probable cause to arrest Lara.
