Planet Hollywood is being sued by a tourist who claims he hurt himself fleeing a life-sized mannequin in his room. The man claimed he thought the mannequin was someone who had broken into his room. He wants at least $10,000 in damages.

The tourist, Kent Boutwell, injured himself in May 2015 when he entered his darkened room. The mannequin he saw was dressed in a racing suit.
