After living on the streets of Las Vegas, Dana Canfield noticed that even within shelters and nonprofit groups, something was missing within the homeless community: access to haircuts and grooming resources.   2. It was a quiet Thanksgiving for Las Vegas Fire and Rescue Department, as they announced there were no major holiday-related incidents this year. (News3LV)
