Vegas Golden Knights May Get Fleury Behind Net
On Sunday, he won his third Stanley Cup. On Monday, Marc-Andre Fleury indicated that he's ready for a new adventure.

Hey! You just helped your team win the Stanley Cup championship for a third time! Where are you headed? Disneyland? Nah. Las Vegas. Maybe. That appears to be the road ahead for Pittsburgh Penguins veteran goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury who indicated Monday that he is waiving his no-movement clause.
With the expansion draft to welcome the Vegas Golden Knights to the league approaching, each team is allowed to protect one goaltender. The Penguins had a dilemma - they have the veteran Fleury who, at 32, is excellent but on the tail-end of his career, and they have starter 23-year-old Matt Murray.
Fleury has said he does not want to be backup at this point in his career. He told his team that he would waive his no-movement clause - but only for the Golden Knights.

There's no guarantee that the Golden Knights will select Fleury - they have not yet commented - but with two years left on his contract, it's thought he would give the new team a steadying influence.
His current contract calls for him to be paid $5.75 million each year.

In 13 years, Fleury has been an all-star six times, has 44 career shutouts, a 2.58 goals-against average, and a .912 save percentage.
