• Verizon seeks new continuance for Minden 5G tower (recordcourier.com) — Douglas County commissioners in Minden will decide Thursday whether to give Verizon more time to relocate a proposed 5G tower originally planned behind Minden Station 14. Verizon is pursuing a new site south of the Carson Valley Swim Center and possibly above the Community Art Center, aiming to close a 1.5‑square‑mile cell coverage gap affecting Minden homes, businesses, Douglas High and nearby highways.
