- An 18-year-old man was arrested for his involvement in a shooting that took place last March. The incident occurred at a 7-11 in Reno. According to reports, when police arrived on the scene, they found 28-year-old Eliazer Obed suffering from a deadly wound. The police do not believe the suspect, Kamahri Berreman, acted alone. - According to recent trends from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, labor markets are finally returning to pre-pandemic levels. As of right now, "Nevada's unemployment rate is hovering at 5% and the Reno/Sparks unemployment rate is even lower at 2.8%." Through numerous observations, it was also seen that people are more willing to get back to work compared to the past which could be the reasoning behind the drop in rates. (KRNV)
