🌱 Delays In Reno City Center Project + Search For Missing Woman

Here are the top three stories in Reno today:

  1. Surges in COVID-19 cases among employees have caused delays in the major remodel of the former Harrah's Reno hotel-casino. The work will be delayed for at least a couple of months.
    The Reno City Center project was originally scheduled to open its first apartment units and office spaces in January or February this year. (Reno Gazette Journal)
  2. Reno police are asking the public for assistance in their search for an elderly woman who may be in need of medical attention. The woman, Trinidad Davenport, was last seen in the area of Yori Avenue and Vassar Street in Reno wearing a puffy black jacket and carrying a gray purse.(KRNV My News 4)
  3. KOLO News got a cocktail preview at Shim's bar in Downtown Reno. Acclaimed bartender Jeffrey Morganthaler created a canned cocktail line with Oregon brewing company, Ninkasi. The canned cocktails will be available at local liquor retailers and select local bars like Shim's. (KOLO)
