- Hollywood Comedian Kevin Farley is putting on the first comedy show at Reno Tahoe Comedy. Farley is known for his appearance in various TV series and movies ranging from That 70's Show to Adam Sandler's animated comedy Eight Crazy Nights. Tickets start at $25 for early purchasers and go up to $50 dollars for VIP access. (tahoeonstage.com)
- According to recent reports, there was a fatal accident at the intersection between Lemmon Drive and Chickadee Drive. The crash involved two vehicles and has caused all northbound and southbound lanes to be closed at the intersection. The closure lasted several hours, according to investigators. (KOLO)
