Here are the top stories in Reno today:
- The Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner's Office identified the man found dead in a car. Taylor Dickens, 28, of Reno was pronounced dead at the crime scene. The cause and manner of death are under investigation. (Reno Gazette-Journal)
- A Nevada man accused of crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol was arrested last week after his family was found living in an unheated travel trailer on the outskirts of Reno.
Josiah Kenyon, 34, is suspected of being the rioter who dressed up as Jack Skellington from the movie "The Nightmare Before Christmas" and wielded what appeared to be a table leg with a protruding nail during the Jan. 6 invasion. - Post offices throughout Reno are working to combat staffing shortages. (KRNV My News 4)
- More than three years after the city killed off a troubled pilot e-bike and e-scooter program, electric scooters are coming back to Reno through a three-year contract with Bird, a California-based scooter company. (Reno Gazette Journal)
