🌱 Mt. Rose Highway Reopens + Ketamine Clinic To Open In Reno

First, today's weather:
Cold with snow showers. High: 35 Low: 20.
Here are the top stories today in Reno:
- All of Mt. Rose Highway (State Route 431) is now open in both directions, however, chains are required for all vehicles except 4-wheel drive with snow tires. Trucks remain prohibited on the highway from Douglas Fir Drive to Incline Village. The Nevada Department of Transportation worked to remove as much as nine feet of snow to make the highway safe again. (Tahoe Daily Tribune)
- Early next year, Delic Holdings Corp., a Canadian-based business that specializes in psychedelic wellness, will open a 2,200-square-foot ketamine treatment center in Reno. The new center will employ between eight to 10 people, such as nurse practitioners, infusion facilitators, and administration positions. This will be the companies second Nevada center. (Northern Nevada Business Weekly)
- The Reno Burrito Project offers many services to individuals who are unsheltered, including making and delivering burritos and other food supplies. Every Sunday the group walks around downtown Reno with rolling coolers full of burritos that have been handmade and wrapped in foil. (KUNR Public Radio)
