🌱 Reno Rodeo Day Three Results + Body Found In Structure Fire

Here are the top three stories today in Reno:

  1. The results from day three of the Reno Rodeo are here. On Sunday, Bareback rider R.C. Landingham, who is currently ranked No. 13 in the world standings and is coming off a win at the Stonyford Rodeo, took the high score with an 82-point ride on Flying 5 Rodeo's Barracuda.   2. One person was found dead in the remains of a structure fire on Friday. According to Washoe County Sheriff's Office Deputies, officers arrived on the scene at 6:00 a.m. on Jun. 17 where members of the Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District were extinguishing the fire. An investigation of the incident is ongoing, and the Washoe County Medical Examiner's Office will be investigating the cause and manner of death, as well as the identity of the victim.   3. One man is in custody after firing several shots outside Greater Nevada Field. Police arrested Jaime Zamorano just before 5:00 p.m. Sunday evening after he reportedly fired several shots from a firearm. No one was injured in the incident. It is unclear at this time whether the man had a motive or if anyone else was involved. (Reno Gazette Journal)
