C.2 - Prado Ranch Master Plan Amendment
Council unanimously denied a request for a Master Plan and Zoning Map Amendment for the development of the Prado Ranch Planned Unit Development. The proposal would have allowed for the creation of 176 single-family homes, 529 multi-family units, 3.6 million square feet of industrial development and 57,750 square feet of commercial development. The proposed site was located adjacent to Lemmon Drive and near Swan Lake.

Council adopted modifications to the code, which include changes and updates to Title 18 requirements. This update began over two years ago, with a community-wide participatory process
