The City of Reno will close Lemmon Drive and reroute traffic on Military Road while Washoe County contractor SNC removes the barriers. The barriers were put in place as part of the county’s flood mitigation efforts. Given the progress of those efforts, the barriers are now being removed.
The removal will begin on Tuesday, September 29 around 6 a.m., and residents should plan accordingly and allow extra time to get to their destinations.
