Splash parks looking for seasonal recreation leader and seasonal sr. recreation leader  

A job that is fun and allows you to hang out in the sun? That’s right! Both Washoe County splash parks are hiring seasonal recreation leaders and seasonal senior recreation leaders.  

Located at North Valleys Regional Park is one of two splash parks in Washoe County. This unique water park boasts a local aviation theme with inspiration from the beloved Reno Air Races. With more than 20 different water features and over 60 spray heads there is sure to never be a dull moment. 

Positions are also available at Melio Gaspari Water Play Park located at Lazy 5 Regional Park in Spanish Springs next to the library. This park offers a variety of fun water features designed for kids to keep cool and entertained.  

These seasonal positions entail safety monitoring on the splash pad, concession sales, general janitorial duties and customer service. This is the perfect summer job for someone who loves to be outside.

Positions:  

• Seasonal Recreation Leader 
  • $10.25-$12.00 Hourly
• Seasonal Sr. Recreation Leader 
  • $11.75-$13.75 Hourly
