Bank Of New Hampshire Announces 4 Officer Promotions In Laconia
Christopher Walkley, Tiffany Baert, Nicole Ceja, and Tarra Sorell have been promoted to new roles at the financial institution.

LACONIA, NH — Bank of New Hampshire announced the promotions of four officers on Feb. 10.
The promotions include Christopher Walkley, Tiffany Baert, Nicole Ceja, and Tarra Sorell.
Christopher Walkley has been promoted to Senior Vice President-Senior Commercial Banking Manager. Walkley joined Bank of New Hampshire in 2011 as a Junior Credit Analyst. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President-Commercial Banker in 2014. In his expanded role, Walkley will directly oversee the Commercial Banking Team, including the Maine team. He will provide leadership over commercial lending activities across the bank’s lending area.

Tiffany Baert is now Senior Vice President-Marketing & Public Relations Officer. Baert began her career at Bank of New Hampshire in 2010 as a Marketing Administrator. She has expanded her responsibilities over 15 years to include public relations, advertising, communications, and customer experience. In 2025, Baert developed a restructured Marketing department.
Nicole Ceja has been promoted to Assistant Vice President-Prestige Plus Officer. Ceja joined Bank of New Hampshire in 2018 as a Bank Services Representative. She was promoted to Retail Bank Trainer in 2021. In 2024, Ceja advanced to the role of Prestige Plus Administrator. In this position, she implemented database management efficiencies and expanded Prestige Plus membership.

Tarra Sorell is now a Business Development Officer. Sorell joined Bank of New Hampshire in 2019 as a Customer Service Representative. She transitioned to the Cash Management group in 2022 as a Cash Management Support Specialist. In her new role, Sorell will focus on increasing customer sales goals.
Ross Bartlett, Executive Vice President-Chief Operating Officer, commented on the promotions. "These promotions reflect the exceptional leadership, dedication, and results Chris, Tiffany, Nicole, and Tarra consistently deliver for our customers and our organization," Bartlett said. He added that they have demonstrated a commitment to the bank's mission and a passion for continuous improvement.
