Pilot Escapes Injury As Plane Crashes At North Hampton Airfield: Cops
The FAA and the NH Department of Transportation's Bureau of Aeronautics are investigating, police said.

NORTH HAMPTON, NH — The pilot of a small aircraft escaped a crash unharmed at Hampton Airfield on Monday afternoon, North Hampton Police Chief Kathryn Mone said.
The pilot, a 64-year-old man, took off from the airfield just before noon and the crash took place upon return as the plane was coming in for a landing at about 12:30 p.m., according to Mone.
The man was evaluated by Nort Hampton Fire and Rescue and was deemed to uninjured, Mone said, adding that no one else was on board the plane during the crash.

The Federal Aviation Administration and the New Hampshire Department of Transportation's Bureau of Aeronautics are investigating, she said.
Mone said further details would not be released.
