5 Great Things To Do in NH This Weekend
We found some fun, interesting activities in Southern New Hampshire for your enjoyment.

1. Yard sale! Boy Scout Troop 22 will host a large Yard Sale on Saturday, June 2 from 7:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at The Meeting Place in Amherst. You can always find something useful at a yard sale, but you may even go home with something you never thought you needed.
2. Get a taste of Milford! The 3rd Annual A Taste of Milford event takes place on Friday, June 1 in downtown Milford and will feature 24 restaurants and local food producers from the Milford area. Great food, music by local musicians Bob Baker, Rahel,and Marlena Phillips, local art on display and unique downtown shops. All proceeds benefit the Milford Improvement Team and are reinvested back into the Milford community
3. A harmonious performance! Cirque du Soleil Presents Dralion is making its way to the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester this weekend. Fusing the 3,000 year-old tradition of Chinese acrobatic arts with the multidisciplinary approach of Cirque du Soleil, Dralion draws its inspiration from Eastern philosophy and its never-ending quest for harmony between humans and nature.

4. Art sale! The award-winning Concord Arts Marketis New Hampshire's first market of its kind - a selective, weekly, outdoor artisan and fine arts market that made its enthusiastic and successful debut in the Fall of 2008. They will fill Bicentennial Square with terrific handmade goods and are a neighbor to the Concord Farmers' Market. Admission is free
5. Buy plants, help pets. The Manchester Animal Shelter is pleased to announce its 6th Annual Plant Sale, on the shelter grounds. Choose from a variety of plants including annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables, shrubs and trees. All proceeds will benefit the shelter's animals. The plants for sale are generously donated by local garden clubs, local businesses and local gardeners. A raffle table with fantastic items will be available this year hosted by the Windham Garden Club. Visitors are invited to tour the animal shelter and meet some of the animals available for adoption. This event will be held rain or shine.
