5 Things To Do In NH This Weekend

1. Sample the best of Mac & Cheese! NH dairy farmers are on a quest to find those who can turn this classic comfort food into a culinary masterpiece. With that in mind they are hosting New Hampshire's Own Macaroni and Cheese Bake Off on Saturday from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. The competition is open to all who think their dish is worthy of the prestigious grand champion award and the title of New Hampshire’s Best macaroni and cheese. Tickets are $10 at the door and you can o here to enter your dish.

2. Burn your Christmas tree! The Auburn Pitts Bar and Grill is hosting its 18th Annual Xmas Tree Burning Party on Saturday from 6 p.m. until 1 a.m. The 21+ party will have live music by Nicole Knox and The Usual Suspects and American Mixer. Make sure to dress warm.

The Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord will have Adam Ferrara on stage to bring the laughs, with the proceeds benefitting CATCH Neighborhood Housing’s affordable housing programs. Adam Ferrara, the comedian and actor that ‘Entertainment Weekly’ dubbed “hilarious!” brings his stand up to the Capital Region for the Annual CATCH Comedy Night.   A series regular on the hit show Rescue Me, Adam currently hosts Top Gearon the History Channel.
