Adults, Teens Charged After Party in Amherst
Police: Two adults arrested, 11 teens received summonses for unlawful possession last month.

AMHERST, NH — John Kane, 53, of Amherst, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2016, on a charge of facilitating an underage alcohol party. Kane was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 25, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

Also charged for unlawful possession of alcohol on Aug. 4, were:

- Kailey Kane, 19, of Amherst.
- Christian Lee, 18, of Amherst.
- Davida Hawkes, 19, of Pittsford, NY.
- Camden Formby-Lavertu, 20, of Mont Vernon.
- Four juveniles.
Charged on Aug. 5, for unlawful possession of alcohol were:
- Molly Yeaton, 18, of Mont Vernon.
- Joseph Grassett, 18, of Amherst.
They all had court dates in late August, according to police.

Alexander Frazier, 18, of Amherst, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2016, on charges of resisting arrest and unlawful possession of alcohol. Frazier was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 1, 2016 at the Milford District Court.
