After Crash, Amherst Woman Arrested for DWI: Log

AMHERST, NH - At 5:14 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2016, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Deerwood Drive. The operator, Shannon Sawyer, 27, of Amherst, was taken in to custody on charges of DWI and conduct after an accident, and was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries, where she was later released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on Jan. 21, 2016.

Sarah Marie Smith, 19, of Mason, was arrested at 4:13 p.m. on Jan. 12, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and suspended registrations. Smith was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 4, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
