Amherst Police: Litchfield woman arrested on theft charge, plus a New Ipswich woman, Amherst man arrested on driving charges.

AMHERST, NH - Mindylee Lopez, 36, of New Ipswich, was arrested at 3:21 p.m. on March 16, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and suspended registrations. Lopez was released on $1000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 31, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Shane Hirth, 25, of Nashua, was arrested at 9 p.m. on March 16, 2016, on a charge of burglary. Hirth was released on $5000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 14, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

John Grasso, 27, of Amherst, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on March 18, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and open container law. Grasso was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on April 14, 2016.

Justine Fraize, 37, of Litchfield, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on March 21, 2016, on a charge of theft. Fraize was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 28, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
