Here is everything you need to know about the March 8 town and school elections in Amherst, New Hampshire.

AMHERST, NH — Voters in Amherst go to the polls on March 8 to make decisions about town and school budgets as well as political positions, warrant articles, and more.
Here is everything you need to know.
Voting
Polls in Amherst will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Voting will take place at Souhegan High School.

Town Races, Info
Competitive races include two candidates for a single 2-year town moderator position — Stephen Coughlan and Timothy Kachmar and four candidates seeking three Library Trustee 3-year seats: Gretchen Pyles, David Hallenbeck, Elisabeth Larson, and Stephen Mantius.
Town voters will also vote on a $15.5 million town operating budget or a $14.9 million default budget.
