Amherst Fire Has A New Website

The Amherst Fire Department has developed a new website in order to better connect its firefighters and the surrounding community.

Amherstnhfire.org includes news, events, frequently asked questions and information for those looking to join the fire department.

Amherst Fire Chief Mark Boynton said the website is still under construction, but they are currently working on a members-only section that will be a central location for all our documents, policies, procedures, calendar etc.  

The website was created with the help of firefighter , who Boynton said is the "mastermind" behind their new web presence.

The Amherst Fire Department is a Community based all hazard emergency services organization comprised of loyal members dedicated to the health and well-being of its citizens by providing high quality emergency response, fire prevention education, life safety code enforcement and community support services.
