AMHERST, NH — Amherst Fire Rescue reported responding to 37 medical calls and the following fire calls Sept. 4 to Sept. 17.

On Sept. at 7:21 a.m., Amherst Fire Rescue responded to Old Manchester Road for a report of a wire down.

On Sept. 7 at 4:49 p.m., Amherst Fire Rescue responded to a fire alarm activation on Mack Hill Road.

On Sept. 7 at 6 p.m., Amherst Fire Rescue responded to Route 101A and Ponemah Road for a report of smoke in the area.

On Sept. 7 at 7:25 p.m., Amherst Fire Rescue responded to Windsor Drive for a reported illegal burn.
