Amherst House Fire Goes to 2 Alarms

AMHERST, NH — Amherst Fire and Rescue teams have been called to a fire on Merrimack Road this afternoon, according to alerts online. NH Fire Alarm reported at just before 4 p.m. that a building fire was reported in town.

A second alarm was called at just after 4 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2016, according to Rockingham Alert, calling in mutual aid to the scene. Hollis Fire sent a tanker to the scene at just before 4:30 p.m.
