Amherst Man Arrested for Aggravated DWI: Log

AMHERST, NH - Brandon Houle, 19, of Nashua, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2016, on charges of criminal liability for the conduct of another and conspiracy to commit. Houle was released on $900 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 17, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Bryan Gonzalez Clemente, 21, of Nashua, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2016, on charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit. Gonzalez Clemente was released on $900 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 17, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Ryan Solan, 34, of Nashua, was arrested at 9:33 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2016, on charges of fraudulent use of a credit card and theft. Solan was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 17, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

At 1:52 a.m. on Jan. 30, 2016, the Amherst Police Department investigated a single vehicle accident which occurred on Stearns Road. The operator, Dennis Elverson, 23, of Amherst, was arrested at the scene on a charge of aggravated DWI, and was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 8, 2016 in the Milford District Court.

Karen Napier, 61, of Nashua, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2016, on charges of transportation of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug. Napier was released on $2500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 18, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

Gwen Kirkwood, 48, of Amherst, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 6, 2016, on a charge of conduct after an accident. Kirkwood was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 17, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
