Amherst Man Busted for DWI Twice in Nine Hours: Log
Amherst Police: Nashua woman arrested for theft and drugs and a Merrimack woman was charged with aggravated DWI.

At 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2015, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Baboosic Lake Road. The operator, Shawnna Stimeling, 48, of Merrimack, was arrested on a charge of Aggravated DWI. Stimeling was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 29, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Michael Wilkinson, 49, of Amherst, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on Dec. 20, 2015, on a charge of DWI. Wilkinson was released on $1,000 PR bail, and was arraigned in the Milford District Court on Dec. 21, 2015. About nine hours later, he was arrested again and charged with DWI, open container law and breach of bail conditions. Wilkinson was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail, and was arraigned in the Milford District Court on Dec. 21, 2015.

Savannah Durant, 22, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Dec. 21, 2015, on charges of theft and possession of a controlled drug. Durant was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 4, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
Robert Lambert, 29, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on Dec. 21, 2015, on charges of driving after suspension and speed. Lambert was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 21, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

Nicholas Leite, 23, of Litchfield, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. on Dec. 21, 2015, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Merrimack District Court. Leite was released on $1,000 PR bail, with a court date set for Feb. 9, 2016 at the Merrimack District Court.
