Amherst, Manchester, Milford Teens Arrested on Theft, Drug, Other Charges: Log

AMHERST, NH — Jackson Mendez De La Cruz, 18, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 8, 2016, on a charge of attempted theft. Mendez De La Cruz was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 1, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

At 4:05 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2016, the Amherst Police Department detained a juvenile on a charge of theft. Court action is anticipated.

Stephanie Lima-Freitas, 19, of Amherst, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2016 on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Nashua District Court. Lima-Freitas was released on $500 PR bail, with a court date set for Dec. 5, 2016, at the Nashua District Court.

Bradley Stoner, 20, of Amherst, at 1:20 a.m. on Nov. 14, 2016, on charges of transportation of alcohol by a minor, transportation of a controlled drug, possession of a controlled drug and speed. Stoner was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 1, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

Steven Petruzzelli, 19, of Milford, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Nov. 14, 2016, on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Petruzzelli was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 1, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Daniel McCarthy, 27, of Waltham, MA, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on Nov. 14, 2016, on a charge of driving after suspension. McCarthy was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on Dec. 1, 2016.
