Amherst Police Arrest Juvenile on Drug Charge: Log
Police also arrested a Bedford man for drugs, littering, and a Manchester man for aggravated DWI.

AMHERST, NH — Nicole Denis, 26, of Amherst, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on Nov. 14, 2016, on a charge of simple assault. Denis was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

On Nov. 15, 2016, the Amherst Police Department investigated a reported Theft which occurred on Route 101 on Nov. 14, at approximately 8:30 p.m. A 275-gallon wine tote was taken.
Adam Young, 37, of Amherst, was arrested at 5:45 a.m. on Nov. 16, 2016, on a charge of driving after suspension. Young was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

James Stergioulis, 45, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Nov. 18, 2016, on a charge of aggravated DWI. Stergioulis was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 1, 2016 at the Milford District Court.
Tennison Hammond, 20, of Bedford, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and littering. Hammond was released on $1500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for December 15, 2016 at the Milford District Court.
At 1:15 a.m. on Nov. 20, 2016, the Amherst Police Department detained a juvenile on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Court action is anticipated.
