Amherst Police Log: Alleged Habitual Offender Arrested

Incidents

At 1:07 p.m. on Aug. 30, 2015: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Boston Post Road. No injuries were reported.

4:33 p.m. on Aug. 30: A single vehicle accident, without injuries, was reported on Ponemah Road.

Arrests

Luis Burgos, 25, of Waltham, MA, was arrested at 2:07 a.m. on Aug. 30, 2015, on a charge of DWI. Burgos was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 10, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Michaelle Ackerman-Delaney, 20, of Milford, was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on Aug. 30, on charges of driving after suspension and suspended registrations, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Merrimack District Court. Ackerman-Delaney was released on $800 PR bail on the Amherst charges, with a court date set for Sept. 17, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Robert Wilson, 49, of Milford, was arrested at 8:35 a.m. on Aug. 31, on a charge of habitual offender. Wilson was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 15, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Eric Bartolomucci, 39, of Milford, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Aug. 31, on charges of driving after suspension, suspended registrations and speed. Bartolomucci was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 17, 2015, at the Milford District Court.
