Amherst Police Log: Amherst Man Charged with Simple Assault

Incidents

  • 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 5, 2015: The Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
  • 3:31 p.m. on Oct. 6: A vehicle struck a bicyclist at Main Street and Boston Post Road. No injuries were reported.
  • 1:44 p.m. on Oct. 7: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported.
  • 11:55 a.m. on Oct. 8: A single vehicle accident, without injuries, was reported at the Amherst Transfer Station. No injuries were reported.
  • Noon on Oct. 8: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
  • 2:53 p.m. on Oct. 9: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.

Arrests

Jodianne Iannelli, 48, of Nashua, was arrested at 10:27 a.m. on Oct. 7, 2015, for hindering apprehension or prosecution. Iannelli was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 22, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Heather Marie Sullivan McGary, 42, of Nashua, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. on a charge of driving after suspension. Sullivan McGary was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 29, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Mark Lacourse, 51, of Amherst, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on Oct. 13, for simple assault. Lacourse was released on $2,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 5, 2015 at the Milford District Court.
