Amherst Police Log: Bedford Man Charged with DWI

Incidents

• 7:23 p.m. April 6, 2015: Amherst Police responded to a two-car accident in the Lowes parking lot. No injuries were reported.
• 9:25 a.m. on April 7: The Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Boston Post Road. No injuries were reported.
• 6:43 a.m. on April 9: Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
• 12:20 p.m. on April 9: Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.

Arrests

Eugene Gagnon, 35, of Milford, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on April 8, on a charge of driving after suspension. Gagnon was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 7, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

Alfred Sterling, 54, of Bedford, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on April 9, on charges of DWI and speeding. Sterling was released on $600 PR bail. He was arraigned on April 23, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

Nathanial Corbeil, 22, of Milford, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. on April 10, on charges of driving after suspension, suspended registrations, displaying a false inspection sticker and uninspected motor vehicle. Corbeil was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 7, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

John Gokey, 52, of Amherst, was arrested at 3 p.m. on April 10, on a charge of criminal mischief. Gokey was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 7, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
