Amherst Police Log: Florida Man Charged with DWI

Incidents

• 12:45 p.m. on June 23, 2015: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Mack Hill Road. No injuries were reported.
• 11:48 a.m. on June 24: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Overlook Park. No injuries were reported.

Arrests

Lawrence Leavitt, 36, of Bennington, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on June 17, and charged with driving after suspension and suspended registrations. Leavitt was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Roderick Price, 19, of Wilton, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. on June 18, on charges of driving after suspension, possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Price was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Everett Woodward, 23, of Winter Garden, FL, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on June 23, on a charge of DWI. Woodward was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 25, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Morgan Zyla, 18, of Merrimack, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on June 24, on a charge of willful concealment. Also arrested was Bryan Morse, 21, of Merrimack, on a charge of willful concealment, according to police. Both Zyla and Morse were released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 30, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Victoria Morales, 44, of Milford, was arrested at 8:34 a.m. on June 26, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Morales was released on $200 PR bail, and no further action is anticipated by the Amherst Police Department.

Jennifer Levesque, 40, of Milford, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on June 27, on charges of DWI, unregistered motor vehicle and yellow line violation. Levesque was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Gregory Kloo, 44, of Merrimack, was arrested at 2 p.m. on June 27, for driving after suspension. Kloo was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on July 30, 2015.
