Amherst Police Log: Greenfield Woman Faces Drug Charges

Plus, Route 101A crashes; Maine man charged with conduct after an accident.

Incidents

  • 3:48 p.m. on Nov. 6: Amherst Police were called to a three-car crash, without injuries, at Route 101A and Route 122.
  • 4:38 p.m. on Nov. 6: A vehicle struck a deer on Route 101.
  • 3:26 p.m. on Nov. 7: No injuries were reported at a two-vehicle accident on Route 101A.
  • 11:13 a.m. on Nov. 9: Two vehicles crashed on Route 101A. There were no injuries reported.
  • 2:02 p.m. on Nov. 12: Police were sent to a two-car crash on Craftsman Lane at Route 101A. No injuries were reported.

Arrests

Brittany Ann Labonte, 20, of Greenfield, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on Nov. 9, and charged with possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug, and transportation of alcohol by a minor. She will be arraigned on Dec. 18.

Ryan Hann, 27, of Lebanon, ME, was arrested at 7:32 p.m. on Nov. 12, on a charge of conduct after an accident charge. He’s due in court on Dec. 4.

Joseph Fragala, 25, of New Ipswich, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Nov. 13, on a charge of transportation of a controlled drug as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Jaffrey District Court. He’s due in court on Dec. 4.
