Amherst Police Log: Hudson Man Arrested on Theft, Drug Charges

Plus, crash reported on Route 101; Rindge man arrested for DWI.

Incidents

  • At 12:45 p.m. on April 12, 2015, the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
  • At 12:04 p.m. on April 14, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Wilkins Road. No injuries were reported.
  • At 2:12 p.m. on April 17, the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Meadow Brook Crossing parking lot. No injuries were reported.

Arrests

Nathanael Keck, 23, of Nashua, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on April 13, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Bail was set at $385 cash.

Jacob James Lutsko, 25, of Hudson, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on April 14, on charges of theft and possession of a controlled drug. Lutsko was released on $1000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 7, at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

David Papastefanou, 29, of Rindge, was arrested at 3:10 p.m. on April 14, on a charge of DWI. Papastefanou was released on $800 PR bail and arraigned on April 27, at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
