Amherst Police Log: Lawrence Teen Arrested on Driving Charges

Incidents

• 1:05 p.m. on March 6, 2015: Amherst police were sent to a four-vehicle accident on Route 101A. One driver was taken to the hospital for treatment.
• 4:01 a.m. on March 7: Police were called to a single-vehicle accident on Merrimack Road. There were no injuries reported.
• 5:58 p.m. on March 7: A single vehicle was involved in a crash on New Boston Road. The woman was not injured.

Arrests

David Forsythe, 48, of Nashua, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug at 12:25 p.m. on March 9, 2015. He’s due in Milford District Court on April 2.

Wilmer Roque, 18, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on March 10, on charges of disobeying a police officer and driving w/o a valid license. He’s due in court on April 16.

Robert Conrad Dery, 30, of Hudson, NH, was arrested at 3 a.m. on March 10, on a charge of issuing bad checks.

Christopher Joseph Dennis, 21, of Nashua, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on March 10, and charged with conduct after an accident and negligent driving. He’s due in court on April 2.

Gail Frances Connell, 64, of Brookline, was arrested on charges of theft and unlawful possession prescription drugs at 11:25 p.m. on March 10. She’s due in court on April 16.
