Amherst Police Log: Man Arrested for Aggravated DWI, Drugs
Plus, pedestrian hit in the Patio Barn parking lot.

Incidents
- 9:46 a.m. on April 11, 2015: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
- 2:48 p.m. on April 12: Police responded to a vehicle v. pedestrian accident in the Patio Barn parking lot. One woman was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.
Arrests
Robert J. Brown, 36, of Derry, was arrested at 10:10 a.m. on April 11, on a charge of driving after revocation. Brown was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 7, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

Barton Dailey, 35, of Amherst, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on April 11, on charges of aggravated DWI and possession of a controlled drug. Dailey was released on $800 PR bail and arraigned on April 16, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
Marcel E. Simard, 64, of Milford, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on April 11, on charges of DWI and transportation of a controlled drug. Simard was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 30, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

Katherine Rivera, 44, of Nashua, was arrested at noon on April 12, on a charge of issuing bad checks. Rivera was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 7, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
Anne-Marie Blais, 29, of New Ipswich, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on April 12, on a theft charge. Blais was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 7, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
