Amherst Police Log: Man Busted for DWI, Resisting After Crash
Plus, another crash reported on Route 101A, a Nashua teen was arrested on drug charges.

Incidents
- April 24, 2015: The Amherst Police Department investigated a hit-and-run accident which occurred the prior day in the Walmart parking lot.
- 3:30 p.m. on April 24: Police were sent to a two-car accident on Merrimack Road. No injuries were reported.
- 1:52 p.m. on April 28: Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
Arrests
Sandra Hansis, 51, of Amherst, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on April 23, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. She was released on $500 PR bail and was arraigned on April 30, 2015 at the Milford District Court.

Courtney Battle, 17, of Nashua, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on April 26, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Battle was released on $300 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 21, 2015, at the Milford District Court.
Joshua D. Johnstone, 27, of Wilton, pictured from a file photo, was arrested at 1 a.m. on April 28, on charges of DWI, resisting arrest, and conduct after an accident. Johnstone was released on $1000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 11, 2015, at the Milford District Court. Back on Jan. 12, he was arrested on numerous charge in Hollis, according to an online report.

Ighor O. Etienne, 40, of West Palm Beach, FL, was arrested at 3:40 a.m. on April 29, on a charge of driving after suspension. Etienne was released on $1000 PR bail and was arraigned on May 7, 2015, at the Milford District Court.
