Amherst Police Log: Mass. Man Arrested on Drug Charges

Incidents

• 1:33 p.m. on Jan. 17, 2015: Amherst Police were called to a two-vehicle accident, without injuries, on Route 101, on the eastbound off ramp, to Route 101A.
• 3:14 p.m. on Jan. 18: No injuries were reported at a single vehicle crash on Walnut Hill Road at Old Quarry Lane.
• 6:30 a.m. on Jan. 23: Police were sent to a two-vehicle accident, without injuries, at Amherst and Knight streets.
• 2:43 p.m. on Jan. 23: A single vehicle accident was reported on Boston Post Road. There were no injuries.
• 5:33 p.m. on Jan. 23: A two-vehicle crash was reported on Route 101A. There were no injuries.

Arrests

James Goss, 20, of Brighton, MA, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on Jan. 25, 2015, on possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug charges. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in Milford District Court on Feb. 12.
