Amherst Police Log: Merrimack Man Charged with DWI After Crash

Incidents

• 11:34 a.m. on Jan. 24, 2015: Amherst Police were called to a two-vehicle crash on Hollis Road. There were no injuries reported.
• 6:55 p.m. on Jan. 24: Police were sent to a two-vehicle crash, without injuries, at Route 101A and Route 122.
• 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 25: A two-vehicle accident in the parking lot of Bragdon’s Farm. There were no injuries.
• 6:51 p.m. on Jan. 25: A single vehicle crash, without injury, was reported on Schoolhouse Road.
• 9:24 a.m. on Jan. 26: A two-vehicle crash was reported on Route 101 and Route 101A.
• 1:41 p.m. on Jan. 27: Police were sent to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Manchester Road and Mack Hill Road. There were no injuries reported.

Arrests and summonses

Christopher Sculley, 34, of Amherst, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. on Jan. 26, for driving while under the influence of liquor. He was arrested on Feb. 5, in Milford District Court.

Donald Crosby, 34, of Plymouth, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. on Jan. 26, on a theft charge. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Feb. 19, in Milford District Court.

Carl Shea, 37, of Merrimack, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle accident on Lyndeborough Road at 3:43 a.m. on Jan. 27. He was arraigned on Feb. 5, in Milford District Court.
