Amherst Police Log: Milford Teen Arrested for Alcohol, Speeding

Incidents

• 4:54 p.m. on Oct. 8: Amherst Police were sent to a two-car crash, without injuries, in the Walmart parking lot.
• 5:31 a.m. on Oct. 9: Police were called to an accident on Route 101 where an elderly man hit a deer.
• 12:35 p.m. on Oct. 9: A two-car crash was reported in the parking lot of Taco Bell on Route 101A.
• 6:17 a.m. on Oct. 10: Officers were called to a car vs. deer accident on Route 101.
• 2:12 p.m. on Oct. 11: A teenage driver was involved in a single car accident on General Amherst Road. There were no injuries.

Arrests

Andrew Partap, 44, of Amherst, was arrested at 9:55 a.m. on Oct. 8, on bench warrants out of Merrimack District Court and Derry District Court.

Santino R. Canzian, 24, of Lake Katrine, NY, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on Oct. 9, on a violation of the open container law. He’s due in Milford District Court on Oct. 30.

Brandon Kluz, 19, of Milford, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on Oct. 9, for transporting alcoholic beverages by a minor and speeding. He’s due in court on Oct. 30.

John Barnes, 46, of Swanzey, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Oct. 10, on a disorderly conduct charge. He’s due in court on Oct. 30.

Virginia Deignan, 55, of Tyngsborough, MA, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on Oct. 11, on simple assault and willful concealment charges. She’s due in court on Nov. 6.
