Amherst Police Log: More Teens in Booze Trouble

Plus, Mass. residents arrested on theft, driving charges.

Evan Raskin, 18, of Needham, MA, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on Aug. 14, 2015, on charges of unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of a controlled drug. Raskin was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 3, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Rose Hegfield, 18, of Amherst, was arrested at 11:11 p.m. on Aug. 14, on charges of facilitating a drug / underage alcohol house party and unlawful possession of alcohol. Hegfield was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 3, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Gabriel Cunha, 18, of Mont Vernon, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on Aug. 14, on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Cunha was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 3, 2015 at the Milford District Court.

Marcos Rizzo, 34, of Pepperell, MA, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on Aug. 16, on a charge of theft. Rizzo was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 3, 2015 at the Milford District Court.

Manuel Maldonado, 40, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Aug. 17, on a charge of driving after suspension. Maldonado was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 3, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Bunnath Ros, 34, of Nashua, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Aug. 18 on a charge of driving after suspension. Ros was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 10, 2015 at the Milford District Court.
