Amherst Police Log: Nashua Man Arrested for Criminal Liability

Incidents

• 4:03 p.m. on Dec. 22: Amherst Police were sent to Route 101A for a two vehicle crash, without injuries.
• 5:02 p.m. on Dec. 22: A car struck a deer on Route 101.
• 2:51 p.m. on Dec. 23: Two vehicles collided in a parking lot on Manhattan Drive. No injuries were reported.
• 5:28 p.m. on Dec. 23: No injuries were reported after police were sent to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 101A and Route 122.

Arrest

John Garcia, 43, of Nashua, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Dec. 24, and charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another. He’s due in Milford District Court on Jan. 22.
